Process Overview
How It Works
From raw fabric to perfectly hemmed garments — SAKGO’s T-shirt machines automate every critical step, eliminating skill barriers and maximising throughput.
Load Fabric
Operator places the garment onto the feed platform. Auto edge-alignment ensures precise positioning without manual adjustment.
Auto Hem Fold
The machine automatically folds the hem to the set width. Motor-controlled deviation correction keeps every stitch consistent.
High-Speed Sewing
Up to 5000 RPM sewing speed with differential upper/lower feed — delivers flawless stitch quality on all knit fabrics.
Auto Thread Trim
Thread is automatically trimmed and the seam is secured with a back-tack stitch at the end of each cycle.
Auto Stack & Count
Finished garments are automatically stacked and counted. One operator can oversee 2–3 machines simultaneously.

Frequently Asked Questions
automation machines before making a purchasing decision.
SAKGO T-shirt hemming machines are designed primarily for knitted fabrics — including single jersey, interlock, rib, fleece, and cotton blends. The differential upper/lower feed mechanism ensures consistent stitch quality even on elastic or lightweight fabrics that are prone to stretching.
One trained operator can efficiently manage 2 to 3 machines simultaneously. SAKGO's fully automated loading, sewing, and stacking cycles mean the operator's role is primarily to load garments and monitor output — all skill-intensive tasks are handled by the machine.
SAKGO offers three purpose-built variants: SK-1128X (38–88 cm, adult), SK-1128K (25–50 cm, kid), and SK-1128K-P36 (30–60 cm, tween). Each features automatic size adjustment within its range, eliminating manual reconfiguration between sizes. For full range coverage, factories typically install all three variants.
SAKGO provides on-site installation support and operator training. Most machines can be installed and fully operational within 1–2 days. Our technical team provides remote support via video call for ongoing troubleshooting. Comprehensive manuals in English and Chinese are included with every machine.
Most SAKGO T-shirt machines require AC 220V / 50–60Hz single phase power and an air compressor delivering >4.5 BAR / 190 L/min. Exact requirements vary by model — please refer to each product's specification sheet or contact us for a full utility checklist before installation.
SAKGO maintains a global spare parts inventory with express shipping to 30+ countries. All machines come with a standard warranty. Our after-sales team provides remote diagnosis, video guidance, and on-site visits for major issues. Wear parts (needles, presser feet, knives) are stocked and shipped within 48 hours.
